Hilltop is one of the more established premium neighborhoods in east Denver. Stately historic homes on wide boulevards, top schools, and a lot of careful remodels updating the original construction. The install needs to respect what the home is and what it has been carefully kept as.

Hilltop has some genuinely nice historic homes alongside the newer remodeled properties. Historic homes mean original framing, plaster walls, and the kind of careful work that older construction requires. The remodeled homes can have either modern drywall or original construction left intact behind a fresh finish. Either way the install starts with knowing what is actually behind the wall.
