THE REAL TALK
WILL MY TV LAST OUTDOORS?
Here is honest advice we give most customers. Outdoor TVs wear faster than indoor TVs no matter how premium the model. Heat cycles, humidity, and UV all take a toll over time.
If you have a fully protected outdoor space like a covered porch with real weather protection, a premium indoor TV can work well for years. If you have an exposed or semi-exposed setup, we suggest going a different direction: buy a solid mid-range TV and plan to replace it every few years rather than spending heavily on a premium outdoor-rated model that will still face the same weather realities.
The math usually works better. Most customers come out ahead on cost over five years.
CAN YOU MOUNT ON MY BRICK OR STONE?
Yes. Most outdoor installs involve brick, stone, stucco, or siding. We carry the right hardware and know how to anchor into each surface without cracking or weakening the material. If the surface needs a specific approach, we walk through it with you before we touch the wall.
The install should match what the exterior is built for. We make sure it does.
WHY IHFS

-
WORK WORTH SHOWING.
The installs you see on this site are real. Not stock. Not staged. Not someone else's work.
COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Do you handle the electrical?
No. We assume outdoor power is in place. If you need it run, we can recommend an electrician, but we focus on the install itself so we stay sharp at what we do. -
Will my TV last outside?
Probably not as long as an indoor TV. Heat, humidity, and UV take a toll. See the real talk section above for how we recommend thinking about this. -
Can you mount on brick, stone, or siding?
Yes. Most outdoor installs involve one of these surfaces. We carry the right hardware and know how to anchor into each without cracking the surface. -
What about weatherproofing the cables?
Standard on every outdoor install. Cable runs from outdoor to indoor are sealed. Connection points are weather-rated or protected. -
Do I need a special outdoor TV?
It depends on the setup. Covered porch with real weather protection: a premium indoor TV can work. Exposed setup: see the real talk section for our honest take.
