WHAT IT IS

In-wall cable concealment is exactly what it sounds like. The wires that normally hang below your mounted TV, HDMI, power, sometimes speaker cable, go behind the wall instead of down the front of it. The result is a clean, professional, high-end finish with nothing visible between your TV and the outlet.

The hardware we use is essentially a code-compliant bridge kit. Think of it as a glorified extension cord that lives behind the drywall. We cut two small openings, fish the cables through, and finish both ends with proper wall plates. Most jobs take about an hour.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every in-wall concealment job gets this. No upsells. No surprises.

  • CLEAN ENTRY CUT

One small cut near the TV mount location, measured twice.

  • CLEAN EXIT CUT

One small cut near the outlet location, lined up to code.

  • CABLES FISHED

HDMI, power, and any other cables you need, pulled behind the wall.

  • CODE-COMPLIANT BRIDGE

Power bridge kit installed properly. No new electrical work, no code violations.

  • FINISHED WALL PLATES

Both openings finished with trim plates. Nothing raw. Nothing exposed.

  • FULL TEST

Every cable connected and tested before we leave. Picture on. Audio on. Done.

THE REAL TALK

Two things people always ask. Here's the honest answer.

DOES IT DAMAGE THE WALL?

We cut two small, neat holes. Both get finished with trim plates that cover the cuts. If you ever remove the concealment, the holes patch with standard drywall repair. No structural work. No major damage. That said, if you're renting, confirm with your landlord before we start.

WHAT IF YOU CAN'T FISH THROUGH?

We always drill the first hole and test the fish before committing to the second cut. If insulation, a fire block, or a header stops the cable, we stop and discuss options before going further. You never pay for a job we couldn't finish.

  • Wow! What a great experience having a professional like Mike to wall mount our 75 inch TV. He had great communication and he was prompt, professional, and friendly. Don't be tempted to hire a generic handyman to mount your expensive TV when you can hire a real Pro like Mike. We give him our highest recommendation!

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How long does in-wall cable concealment take?
Most jobs take about an hour on top of the TV mounting itself. If the wall has surprises like insulation, a fire block, or an unusual layout, we'll let you know before we commit to the second cut.
  • Will it damage my walls?
We cut two small openings that get finished with wall plates. The plates cover the cuts cleanly. If you ever remove the concealment, the openings patch with standard drywall repair. Nothing structural. Nothing permanent that can't be undone.
  • Can you do cable concealment on brick, stone, or concrete walls?
No. In-wall concealment only works on standard drywall construction. If your wall is brick, stone, or concrete, we recommend surface-mounted cable raceways instead, which are still a clean look and still way better than cords hanging down. We can quote that separately.
  • What if I'm renting?
Get your landlord's approval first. Some landlords are fine with it because the finished result looks better than baseboard cable. Others require all holes patched at move-out. It's your lease, your call, but we're happy to coordinate with them if that helps.
  • Do you run new electrical for this?
No. The bridge kit we use is code-compliant specifically because it's not new electrical wiring. Your existing outlet stays as-is. We just run a properly rated power extension inside the wall that's rated for in-wall use. Fully to code.
