Highlands Ranch is the closest the Denver metro gets to the foothills of the Front Range. Mostly newer construction, mid to high-end homes, and the planned-community feel that comes with one of Denver largest master-planned developments. The installs themselves are predictable when done right. The neighborhood is one we genuinely enjoy working.

Highlands Ranch sits south of Denver right where the foothills start to rise. Newer construction throughout, mostly standard drywall framing, well-planned layouts. The premium subdivisions like Backcountry have larger custom homes with the higher-end finishes that come with that level. The standard subdivisions still have the kind of family-premium homes where the install needs to match the rest of the home.
