Woodland Park sits west of Colorado Springs up in the mountains, accessed by routes that bypass Manitou Springs on the way up. Most homes are high-end, with some older mountain properties scattered in. The terrain is the story. Some installs require driving one-lane gravel mountain roads to reach the home. CEILING FAN INSTALLATION IN WOODLAND PARK

A fan on a steep slope needs the right angled mount and downrod to hang straight, and at this elevation a fan in reverse through the winter keeps the heat from pooling at the peak.
