WHY OLD COLORADO CITY

Old Colorado City is a unique market. Historic homes next to new builds, renovations layered over original construction, and the kind of pre-code framing that throws off installers who only know modern drywall. We have worked these homes.

Old Colorado City is a mix of older historic homes and newer renovations, many built pre-code with non-standard stud spacing, plaster walls, and building materials you do not see in newer construction. Installing a TV in a plaster wall is a different job than installing in drywall. The stud locations are different, the hardware is different, and the technique is different. We have done these installs. We know where to go first, what to look for, and how to handle the surprises that come with older construction.

WHAT WE DO

TV mounting, the work around it, and the ceiling fan overhead. Done right across Colorado Springs and Denver.

WHY IHFS

  • PRECISION OVER SPEED.

Every cut measured twice. Every cable hidden. Every mount level. Every time.

  • ONE INSTALLER.

Not a rotating crew. The same Air Force veteran on every job. Accountability built in.

  • WORK WORTH SHOWING.

The installs you see on this site are real. Not stock. Not staged. Not someone else's work.

CEILING FAN INSTALLATION IN OLD COLORADO CITY

Old Colorado City has historic homes next to renovations, and the ceiling tells you which one you are in. Older ceiling boxes were set to hold a light, not a fan, and plaster ceilings take care to work around. We confirm what is above the ceiling and that the box is fan-rated before anything goes up.

Old fan out, new fan up. Light fixtures swapped for fans on fan-rated boxes. Vaulted and high ceilings. Balanced, tested, and the remote paired before we leave.

Wow! What a great experience having a professional like Mike to wall mount our 75 inch TV. He had great communication and he was prompt, professional, and friendly. Don't be tempted to hire a generic handyman to mount your expensive TV when you can hire a real Pro like Mike. We give him our highest recommendation!

Called around to multiple people and I am VERY glad I chose this guy. I had a relatively difficult tile mount and he did an amazing job, came on time, super personable, and all around great service.
