CEILING FANS IN EVERGREEN

Evergreen ceilings are the job. Timber work, stone, and tall pitched great rooms at 7,000 feet. A fan on a steep slope or near a beam needs the right angled mount and downrod, and in an Evergreen winter a fan in reverse pushes the heat back down off that high ceiling.

We install where the wiring and box are already in place, whether that is an old fan or a light fixture. If the box is not rated for a fan, you hear it from us before anything goes up. New circuits or switches go to an electrician.

Need a TV mounted too? Book both in one visit. See TV mounting in Evergreen.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every Evergreen fan install gets this. No upsells. No surprises.

  • FAN-RATED BOX CHECK

We confirm the box overhead is rated to carry a fan before anything goes up. A light box is not a fan box.

  • OLD FAN OR FIXTURE REMOVED

The existing fan or light comes down and goes in your garage or our truck. Your call.

  • VAULTED AND SLOPED CEILINGS

Angled mounts and the right downrod length so the fan hangs plumb, not crooked off the pitch.

  • HIGH CEILING CAPABILITY

Great rooms, entryways, open lofts. We bring the ladders and the patience for the tall ones.

  • BALANCED. NO WOBBLE.

Blades trued and balanced before we leave. A fan that shakes on high is a fan installed wrong.

  • TESTED AND SET UP

Every speed, the light, the reverse switch, and the remote or wall control paired and working.

WHY IHFS

  • PRECISION OVER SPEED.

Every cut measured twice. Every cable hidden. Every mount level. Every time.

  • ONE INSTALLER.

Not a rotating crew. The same Air Force veteran on every job. Accountability built in.

  • WORK WORTH SHOWING.

The installs you see on this site are real. Not stock. Not staged. Not someone else's work.

Wow! What a great experience having a professional like Mike to wall mount our 75 inch TV. He had great communication and he was prompt, professional, and friendly. Don't be tempted to hire a generic handyman to mount your expensive TV when you can hire a real Pro like Mike. We give him our highest recommendation!

Called around to multiple people and I am VERY glad I chose this guy. I had a relatively difficult tile mount and he did an amazing job, came on time, super personable, and all around great service.

EVERGREEN CEILING FAN QUESTIONS

  • Do you install ceiling fans in Evergreen?

Yes.

  • How much does ceiling fan installation cost in Evergreen?

It depends on the job. Replacing an existing fan on a standard ceiling is the simplest install. Swapping a light fixture for a fan, a vaulted or high ceiling, or a heavy fan takes more. We quote your Evergreen job up front so you know the number before we start. Call (719) 426-2613 or book online.

  • Can you replace a light fixture with a ceiling fan?

Yes, when the box in the ceiling is rated for a fan. Many boxes installed for a light are not, and a fan hung on one will eventually loosen. We check the box first and tell you exactly what we find before anything goes up. We install where wiring is already in place; new circuits or switches go to an electrician.

  • What areas near Evergreen do you serve?

Along with Evergreen, we regularly install ceiling fans and mount TVs in nearby areas including Golden, Conifer, Idaho Springs, Genesee.
